Our exceptional whisky begins with an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. Every drop is shaped by time-honoured methods and an uncompromising pursuit of quality.
Fermentation is extended far beyond industry standards, lasting between 120 and 180 hours, encouraging the development of delicate fruit notes, floral complexity and exceptional depth of flavour. The spirit is distilled at an extraordinarily slow rate, allowing prolonged contact with copper to create a remarkably smooth, elegant and refined character.
